Joseph received his “acceptance letter” stating that he has been accepted into Turner Creek Elementary for 3rd grade next year. This school is brand new — 1 year old this year — and is the local year-round school. It’s been well under capacity (unlike Olive Chapel was) and probably will be this year too.
To top it off, we requested Track 4 which is the same track his cousins are in in their year-round school and we got it. So, he’ll be starting school August 1st… oops… guess he’ll miss the first week as we’ll be in Seattle, Washington!
