Day 2 … very very very tough … but he survived.
Day 3 … despite only 3 hours of sleep, he headed off. We met him for lunch and he lasted the whole rest of the day! In bed at 9pm (all of us) i would say we got 9 hours of sleep, but a massive thunderstorm woke us. From 1am – 2am, the the house lit up like fireworks on the fourth in a bright white light with the sonic boom of thunder that shook it down to the foundation.
It was SCARY!
And the kids slept through the entire event. Phew!
Now on to Day 4 … and tomorrow is a big day — first test which they take BEFORE class, and the POPAT. (I think that’s how you spell it).
