I am tired. 🙂 Get up at 6am and wake up Joseph. Go back to bed. Get up at 6:30 am and get in the car with Joseph to go to the neighborhood entrance to wait for the bus. Bus comes at 6:42am and then drive back home and get back in bed and up again at 8:15 am to start my own day. Oh, and of course, I was in bed somewhere between 11pm and 12am. 🙂
Ok, enough about me.
Joseph’s week went really well. He apparently cried because he didn’t know what to do on the 1st day and a teacher helped him. He learned he HAS to change clothes in PE and that did NOT go over well with him. He had homework starting on day 2 and every day afterward. He already tried to skimp out on one assignment and Ron “caught” him and made him do it over — which turned out much better the second time. He seems to be getting used to the schedule more than me — but then again, he goes to bed at a reasonable hour … I don’t. 😉
So, we do in fact have a middle schooler in our family. Yikes!
I am SOO glad it’s going pretty well for Joseph! Yipee and a sigh of relief.
