We are buying the girls REAL beds. I am SOOOO tired of them sleeping in my bed … on my side … in my space … against me. Ron get’s 3/4 of a King Sized bed and I get 1/8. 🙂
So, off to Original Mattress Factory yesterday and the girls picked out their new beds. Yeah! They’ll be here Tuesday! Woohoo!
Of course that also meant sheets, comforter, etc. At first, I’d planned one buying Dora, but on second thought I figured a nice comforter that wouldn’t be “out of date” in 2 years would be better, so that’s what I opted for. We surprised the girls with them and boy were they excited! Abby’s is a purple/blue based one and Emi’s is a pink/green based one.
Upon finding them and being super excited, Emi exclaimed …
“Wow! Now when Abby has the yuckies, she can do it on her new blanket!”

The yuckies is what they call throwing up. Now, WHY (OH WHY?) would that be the first thing out of Emi’s mouth when neither (KNOCK ON WOOD) has had the yuckies in nearly a year?!?!?! PLEASE tell me that wasn’t foreshadowing. 🙂
