Emi’s perfect “sales” pitch

When we went into CVS for sunscream ( 🙂 ) Emi walked over to the balls in the pen and said …

“Mommy! I found my perfect ball! Do I want this one or this one?”

Not, “can I have one” but “which one do I want”.

In a sales book I just read, that was the tactic to take. Never ask a yes/no question, but give two options and people will go for it. 🙂
