This SO comes from Ron. 🙂
Emi: “Are we going to drop Daddy off at home?
Ron: “Yes.”
Emi: “Mommy? We’re going to drop off Daddy?”
Me: “Yes Emi”
Emi: “Is Daddy going to go home and we’re going to go shopping?”
Me: “Yes Emi”
Emi: “Daddy is going to go home and he’s going to take a rest, right?”
Ron: “Yes Emi”
Emi: “Are we going to drop off Daddy so he can rest and we’re going to go shopping for jeans for Jojo?”
Me: “Yes Emi” — laughing now
Emi: “Mommy? Is Daddy going to go home so we can go shopping for jeans?”
Me: “Yes Emi”
Emi: “Daddy? We’re going to go home so you can rest and we’re going to go shopping for jeans for JoJo. You’re not going to come with us?”
Ron: “No, I’m not” — laughing
Emi: “You’re not going to come with us Daddy? So we can go shopping for jeans for JoJo?”
Ron: “No” — Me banging head against steering wheel.
She just keeps going and going and going. Every possible iteration of a question MUST be asked in order for her to be satisfied with the answer and even then, she’s STILL not happy!
OCD at its best. Thanks Ron. 😉
