Ok, couldn’t deal with the floor not being “right” and the other miscellaneous “issues” so I’ve found and hired someone to do this stuff right! Amazingly, one of my customers happened to mention, in email today, that her husband is in the middle of his “home improvement slow season” so I had to ask if he was free … and he was! Woohoo! It’s going to be so completely worth the money! Yeah!!
