Abby is “on a roll” for being malicious, sneaky and just downright mean this week! Earlier in the week it was pushing and hitting Emi. Tonight, I put the girls to bed went back downstairs. About 20 minutes later, I hear Emi’s “hurt cry” so up I go. She’s sitting up in bed rubbing her head. I asked what happened and she said “hit me” which means something hit her. I asked her what hit her and she said “hit me”. All this with big crocodile tears and sniffles and quite the sad face.
So I said, “Did Abby hit you?”. Emi said “Yes”. So I asked Abby. “Abby, did you hit Emi?”
And Abby said “Yes!” ?!?!?!?!?!? What gives!
So I said “Abby, that is not nice. Hitting is not nice. Please give Emi a hug and say sorry.”
And Abby said “Noooooooooo.” … with a BIG GRIN.
Oh my goodness! What are we going to do? The “easy” one is becoming the “evil” one. And poor Emi is the recipient of her “meanness”. 🙁 Please tell me this is just the 2s phase. 🙂
