The girls LOVE taking bath’s in “mommys tub”. It’s big. They get lots of bubbles and they can slide on the edges. 😆
Tonight, however, Emi learned what happens when you get out of the tub and run across the bathroom floor. I was surprised when she made it through the first time. Soaking wet, she ran from the floor mat to the bedroom carpet without slipping, but since she was still soaking wet I yelled for her to stop and come back. I was getting up off the floor to grab her … anticipating her possibly slipping, when she RAN full speed back into the bathroom and befor I could catch her, down she went. Smack on her butt, back and head. Ouch! 🙁
Boy did she cry too. 🙁 I felt horrible! I wasn’t fast enough and KNEW it was coming. One little step was all it took.
Ouch. 🙁 🙁
Abby, needless to say, plopped her butt on the carpet and didn’t even get up until I picked her up over the floor. 😉
