The problems seem to be unending and getting worse. 🙁 I have once again taken my MacBook Pro to Apple. This time it is with the “Geniuses” at the Apple store in Raleigh. They are going to run some tests … probably to just determine that it is still “customer sensitivity”. I’m going to SCREAM if they say that though.
The lady I worked with seemed really nice, but she wasn’t a “genius”. 😉 She was just a workerbee. In any case, she was nice and helpful and got my Mac into the system really quickly … a first for Apple so far.
I’ve had this Mac just under 5 months now and it’s been back to Apple THREE times with an additional zillion calls to their support people. I am sooooooooooooo tired of this! 🙁
