Late last year, I contacted a number of businesses in Apex about giving away gift certificates to their customers — for photography. In any case, I had one agent respond and I delivered a set of gift certificates to her. That was HeatherO — in downtown Apex. Well… in recent days, HeatherO has begun marketing the Townside Center for commercial sale and lease. Would I have thought to go look, if it hadn’t been her? Would I have called her if I didn’t already have *some* semblance of a relationship, although one where I’d only communicated via email? I don’t know. If I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have know there was a 4 acre park across the street. Really … gotta wonder. 🙂
