Who can resist a field full of flowers?

Not me! 🙂

This field has been getting more and more yellow in the past week and I was dying (yes, dying!) to take the girls (and Joseph although Joseph wasn’t with us at the time) for photos. So, tonight, I walked up to the house and asked if I could.

Well, the nice guy that lives in the pretty house said he doesn’t own the land anymore. The part where the white horse was munching = the new 540 and the part where the brown horse was munching they sold to a guy that also owned the land where the new shopping centers are being built! But, he said he’d walk over with us and let me take some photos anyway. 🙂

Nothin’ better than sweet-talking a grandpa. 🙂

The girls were rather uncooperative, constantly saying “orsy!” “orsy!” which means “horsey! horsey!” and thus wouldn’t let me take 2 steps away from them. And, the sun came back out from the nice clouds that were over head, so that kind of screwed up the lighting — too *much* light! But, a few came out ok in the end. 🙂

Angelic Abby… a bit of lens flare killed the photo, but I think the hair says it all. 🙂
