I am going to create an outdoor studio in my backyard. I have a plan and a design idea and will be meeting with a landscape guy and woodworking guy in the coming weeks.
This is part of the empty space I want to use. There is NOTHING blocking the “view”. No fence, no houses. The trees that you see can never go away because they are in a flood zone. So no houses can be built. Unless our neighbors put up a fence, which would be fine, I’ll always have this space.
I want a small gazebo type thing for the far left corner and some flowers, bushes and trees to fill in. On the side of the house, I want an arch type thing — all wood and a “path”. I have two angles I can shoot on that side and get NO houses in the shot too. Then, on the side where there IS a porch, I am going to “build” two Us where I can put a bench, just use the grass, or do various things with flowers and such in the background. And finally, I want to add some detail to the front yard too around the tree so I can use that space with the brick of the porch as my background color. I can’t wait!! 🙂
