Joseph’s team won 45-6!!!!! And, toward the end, the coach was actually setting up plays. Joseph was in and the ball was thrown in, passed to another team member, passed to Joseph and he scored!
Ron and I were soooooooooooo excited! I couldn’t believe it and was ecstatic. Of course I missed the photo opportunity, but just having seen it was worth it! His coach is so awesome and is really teaching the kids!
What’s even more funny is that until that point, Joseph wasn’t really “into” the game. He was, but wasn’t if you know what I mean. After that, he was all high-5s and such. And, I think Ron and I were more excited about the basket than he was… perhaps he was still in shock. 😉

No. 21 (on the end there) getting his “assigned” person. They ‘stay on’ one person throughout their 3 minute per quarter stink (it’s 6 minutes per quarter with a stop at 3 to change out players. ALL players must play in each quarter).
