Dine without Whine

A little preface before I get started here… on Sunday, at church, we had a little “experience” for lack of a better word. Donnie had every write down things that they didn’t like about 2005… things you didn’t want to take with you into 2006. And, with the nail provided, we hammered them into the crosses at the front of the church to symbolically “hand them to Jesus” and turn them over to God so they could be taken away.

Let me tell you that my 6, which I left face up with the nail through the middle were all about money and food and how they go hand in hand these days… we eat, we spend, we go over budget, yuck yuck yuck!!! I’ve been quite disgusted with myself and how we’ve handled all this this year. 🙁

So, anyway… I DO NOT want to take these things with me into 2006!!! I am leaning on God to guide me better!!

Now, on to Dine without Whine. I posted on Twinstuff about my new personal chef. There is one problem with said personal chef… he isn’t going to always be able to think about what to cook — I’m still going to have to do that, which is going to be royally annoying too!

But, in one of the posts, someone pointed me to Dine without Whine and I am sold! This is a service for $4.50 a month that sends a weekly email with daily dinners and the instructions and ingredients and the list of things to buy at the grocery store.

So, all I have to do is buy and Joseph can cook and we are set!

I am so excited! I’m letting all this go to God!!
