I’ve conferred with several folks and while they all believe it is unethical, sloppy, bad business and outright stupid, they’re not sure I have much of a legal leg to stand on.
We’ve determined it’s plagiarism for sure, which is a copyright violation, but at the same time, this other photographer is not worth my worry or my time.
I will make sure she understands I will not take this kind of stuff though. If she doesn’t fix her site by the deadline, I’m going to change mine and send her one final letter indicating her bad business practices will not be tolerated.
