Joseph was “up and at ’em” around 8:30 am … out in the snow with his buddies. That was round 1. Round two was about 11:00 am. That’s when the girls FINALLY managed to get dressed the way I told them and we went out.
Since we don’t own snow clothes, we made some up … that consisted of:
– One pair of “tight pants” under one pair of “swishy pants” as Emi calls them.
– One pair of regular socks and one pair of Mommy’s socks.
– One t-shirt, tucked into the tight pants, then one sweatshirt over that.
– Purple jacket
– One Superman hat, with a jacket hood over it.
– Gloves (of course)
– Rain boots (yeah!)
That was enough to be warm and out we went!
