I am taking Friday mornings off now and taking the girls to dance class. It’s our “mommy-me” time through next July when the girls go to … school! 🙁
So anyway, we arrived at dance class about 15 minutes early — all dressed and ready to go. Turns out the class didn’t get much attention and we were the ONLY two signed up. 🙁
There is a 1 hour class right before our 45 minute class, so we might end up moving to it. There are only 2 in that class too. Not sure what happened, but oh well.
So, Miss Jill — the girls’ teacher — showed them around, took them to their classroom (which is video monitored) and showed them the water and bathroom. Then they got started.
Em did NOT want me to leave, but the policy at the school is that parents watch via video monitors in the waiting room — better to keep the kids less distracted.
I waited for a while and let Emi get used to it and then disappeared and took photos OF that video monitor. 🙂 And a quick little video. There is no sound … just video.
Abby did fantastic. Emi was quite the spaz. Just like we predicted. 🙂
