20 days of “almost” nothing fried

I have been SO good and it’s getting easier and easier. I’ve also lost 4 pounds! Just by walking every day and NOT eating anything fried. I do have to admit though tonight I couldn’t make the “thirst” for a hushpuppy go away … since we got Smithfields. So, I indulged in ONE and ONLY ONE hushpuppie. It hit the spot and I was done! Yeah!!

20 days of nothing friend. 20 days of exercise.

I am feeling SO good about this lifestyle change! 🙂

Oh, and to make my Mom feel good, I also get in 30 minutes of reading. 🙂 Amazing that I can work a 100 hours a week, exercise, eat “righter” and read? Helps that I read and walk at the same time. 😉 Called efficiency! 🙂
