Around 11am this morning, my head started to spin. I thought it was due to my new glasses — with a new prescription. By the time I got home around 12:30pm, I realized either my glasses were REALLY causing me problems (only have had them 2 days) OR, I was suffering from something.
I spent a solid hour on the couch with my head absolutely SPINNING. I could barely walk a straight line and if I stood, it felt like I was leaning over. And of course, since I am so incredibly sensitive to motion sickness, that was adding to it … the lovely nausea. It’s been on and off the remainder of the day, but getting better. The noon-time hour seemed to be the worst.
Then, tonight, Emi came down with a fever. It was clearly high because she was completely uncomfortable and opted out of dinner (which is completely unlike Emi!). It took a couple hours and a full dose of Motrin and a nap to get her to relax. Now she’s jumping off the walls with her sister … who will likely have this tomorrow. 🙂
