Ron and I have traded places

Ron was a supremely bad influence on me. ๐Ÿ˜‰ ๐Ÿ˜€ (Love ya honey!) Separated, we’re good about money, organizing, eating, discipline, etc. Together, we’re a mess!

But, he recently read a book about getting oneself organized … something I’d been doing, rather meticulously, for the first oh, 5 years of our marriage. Then, by sheer lack of will power anymore, I just gave up.

Now, Ron’s on the same “kick” I was so long ago and he’s become quite anal about it (though I’m TOTALLY ok with that because it’s a HUGE benefit to us all ๐Ÿ˜€ ). At long last he “sees” what I was trying to do and gave up on.

He’s cleaned off and organized all counter surfaces in the kitchen. Everything now has a place … and a good one and *I* didn’t have to think about where it should be or go! ๐Ÿ˜€ The kitchen itself is almost completely organized and so I asked him what his next plan was going to be … our family room.

Oh boy. That’s scary. Have you *seen* how much *stuff* we have in there? ๐Ÿ˜†

Of course, keeping it that was is an even harder task … especially when you have 10 years of “put it wherever” in Joseph and 3 years of “put it wherever” in the girls and oh, yeah, a “significant number of put it wherever years” in me now. ๐Ÿ˜€ But, that’s ok … I can deal with my own faults. ๐Ÿ˜‰ Anything for a clean house! ๐Ÿ˜€
