Let the games begin!

My offer on the space is close to being signed. Looks like the money was accepted as was the closing date, but now Ron and I need to verify all the estimates on costs of development and such. So, I am meeting with an architect on Thursday, the contractor on Thursday and the banker on Monday. 🙂 Such fun! 😉
