I have a realization this morning on the way to the studio. My mortgage lady said my mortgage would be for $288k and we’d qualify. I was thinking that meant an offer of $300k, so $12k down which I think I can come up with in various ways. Well… it’s NOT. It’s an offer of $320k with $32k down (10%)… and *that* I can’t justify or come up with.
So, back to square one. 🙁
