Sometimes, that which is tried and true works best. Although I still believe in a few things that my photographer counterparts hate me for (ok, hate is strong, but the feelings ARE strong). So far, I have:
o Removed 99% of my pricing from my website. The goal is to get people to call me because *that’s* when *I* should be able to sell them on my services.
o Restarted by Sr. Rep. program for rising High School Seniors.
o Sent out feelers for a family portrait photography fundraiser (apparently this can be a cash cow). 😉
o Wrote and submitted a press release for my studio opening and results of the competition (gotta keep up with this stuff!)
o Hired a super-part-time teen assistant (aka family friend) to help do some of the crud I hate doing but if I don’t I’m going to lose business because I’m not organized!
o Bought templates for Asuka book (instead of trying to create them — I’m creative, just not *that* creative). 🙂
Ahhh… it feels good to be “doing”! 😀
