I had lunch with joseph today … yummmmmmmy, full of nourishment school food. 😆 Actually, it was pizza day … again apparently with the alternative of spaghetti, but since we’d just had spaghetti the other night, I went with pizza. Should’ve done spaghetti. 😀
The pizza crust was undercooked. I could *taste* dough. It was crust-filled-cheese pizza and I could taste the low fat cheese. 😀 Seems the school system is tricking kids into eating less fat…. Ron and I agree that this is NOT the way to do it.
Green beans were good. Fruit was decent. Chocolate milk was good. Haven’t had one of those in YEARS. And then, for fun, we topped off our lunch with a cookie. 😀
Joseph’s $1.75 lunch cost me just under $4 and it was the exact same thing! 😆
Oh well … it was the time spent together that was important … not the lunch. 😀
