It was stunning! This is the best report card Joseph has *ever* gotten! It was 3s across the board and one 3*! 3s essentially mean students are meeting grade requirements for the subjects. A 3* means they are able to apply it too! A 4 means they can apply it, understand it and take it another level — whatever that may be.
I wish this were A, B, C, D, F as it will be in middle school, but it’s not. Wake County has opted for the numbers, so it’s really weird. But, in any case, Joseph has never once gotten 3s across the board and never gotten a 3*, so that’s a true testament to his work this quarter and his teachers and the additional support he gets form the school!
