Word of the day : bridgetunnel
Definition : An overpass, seen from a child’s point of view, when approached very slowly, such as during a traffic jam. 😀
That’s exactly what Abby called the Cary Parkway overpass as we went oh so very very slowly under it during the Sunday morning 1-lane road traffic jam on US 1. Ugh! We were over 20 minutes late for church because of it.
In any case, Abby ‘taught’ Emi to say “bridgetunnel” and upon Emi’s success at saying it, Abby said…
“Bridgetunnel. Very good, sister!” 😆
