I brought the machine back to Apple on Wednesday at lunch like I told them. I spoke with Sean who said he needed to keep it for 2-3 days. I said, well… I *MUST* have it back Friday night (knowing my pending workload!) After MUCH back and forth on the subject, he finally agreed to fix it tonight that day with everything he had, just not the heat pipe and to have others test it while he was out Thursday and Friday.
So, I left it and went on my way. No one called me to say it was ready, but tonight, we went back to Apple to pick up my Mac. It was SUPPOSED to be ready today, so I figured it would be.
Boy was I WRONG!
Not only was it not ready, NOTHING had been done to it! Talk about rising blood pressure. The guy there said I “could leave it again” if I wanted. Oh my goodness! I took time out of my day, my week, got my machine and business in “leave-it” condition and THEY DIDN’T DO ANYTHING!
I was, needless to say, FURIOUS!
I took my Mac, got the name of the manager and headed out. Now, *I* have to take it upon MYSELF to find ANOTHER time where it might or might not again be able to be fixed.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…… supposedly Apple has the “best” customer service that exists………….. ha!
