I wonder if writing it down, saying it outloud or otherwise telling people will help keep me motivated. I’ve managed to get on my treadmill, in the morning 4 times in the last 6 days. Pretty good given how lazy I have been. 😉 My goal is to get back to a regular 30 minute walk and book read each morning and then add in weights again as I get more motivated. Fitting it in is the hard part. Somehow I need to find more time to sleep too! 😉
