They told “me” how much of a valued customer I am… and about 1/2 through the message I hit delete.
First, The Picture People is ONE of the reasons I started my own thing. Secondly, I haven’t been a “valued” customer in OVER a year. Thirdly, if they’d looked at my purchase history from them, they’d have noticed that nearly ALL my photos were FREE because they constantly screwed up!
Oh the irony. 🙂
