7:15am and I keep hearing this sound in the baby monitor. Over and over and over and over… I kept thinking… “I’d swear Emily is reading her book.”
There was absolutely NO other noise coming from the room. None, whatsoever… except for the consistent page turning sound that comes with thick paper — like those in the Veggie Tales books.
And, knowing she went to bed with a Veggie Tales book, I was really wondering.
So, I decided, after 15 minutes of listening to it… that I’d check it out.
Sure enough.. Emi is sitting up in bed, her Veggie Tales book in her lap and she is going through it page, by page, back and forth reading her book. 🙂
