Joseph thinks he’s fat

My poor boy. He came home all depressed acting. He said “Mom, I’m fat.” I said “No, you’re not fat you’re just a big kid.” I don’t, for any reason whatsoever, want him to think he’s fat. I do, however, want him to think about what he eats and if this is the motivating factor, then, well, so be it.

So, we talked about eating healthy and eating the right portions. And, not eating all day long and not eating crap. Then we talked about exercising. He wants to start exercising regularly with us.

He’s done this before and we’ve told him he must *listen* to us about the exercise, but he usually gets all frustrated and mad and gives up. So, I’m going to go about this in another route… starting Monday.

We’ll also start recording our exercise with Blue Cross Blue Sheild nd hopefully earn some good gear. We did this before and it was a big hit.

He even said he’s just not eat, to which we explained how that wouldn’t work… so of course he dug into dinner. 😉
