She’s been sticking out her tongue a lot and I wondered if she was just sitcking it out or if she was rubbing her gums. Turns out she’s rubbing her gums. He left top tooth is on its way and while it’s not causes her too much pain that we can tell, it is swollen (typical) and the tooth is coming through the gums just now (not yet through though).
