Joseph and his neighborhood buddies took regular old dirt-based clay and had their own “potting wheel” activity of sorts one afternoon last week. Joseph made two flat “things” with the tri-force symbol from The Legend of Zelda engraved into it.
He really wants to go to a pottery class of sorts. Apparently, all the kids he was playing with were digging in the dirt for clay. He said they were all going to cook them to make them hard and shining… not knowing of course that it’s a different kind of clay.
It was starting to fall apart, so I took these pictures to remember his efforts.
