I think we know what it feels like to be a celebrity!

Having twins is like being a celebrity. Everybody and their mother thinks it’s an opportunity to stop and talk with us… stranger or not! You either have the people that have had twins “way back when” or have twins in their family, those that lost twins (due to being born too early), people that want to know about stuff about the twins, people that need to tell you their life story, people that want to touch (naughty naughty!!!) … you get the picture.

Tonight, at dinner, I delibrately picked a table in the very back to avoid people bugging us. The table next to us didn’t oblige, but at least it was only one table. The other day at Cracker Barrel with Dad (the one in Burlington) we had a lady come interrupt our dinner for a solid 5 minutes telling us everything and anything about multiples. Ugh!

There is no simple peace and quiet dinner out with twins. They are just a sight and people’s curiosity gets the better of them sometimes.

This is probably just a sampling of how celebrities feel, constantly being bombarded and interrupted and stuff. I feel for them. Ugh! The only people that don’t stop and talk for long are other parents of twins! They know the feeling, I guess! ๐Ÿ˜‰
