I braved going out with the girls by myself and hit our newly opened Target in Apex! It’s a Super Target, so immensely huge and filled with lots of goodies!
Joseph came with me, as did the girls, and we went through the toy section and the infant girls clothing section before Abby started her meltdown. I managed to buy the girls some winter clothes (we had NONE!) and a dessert for our church function that evening.
In line to pay though, Abby cried and cried and cried. It’s ear-splitting sometimes, but I knew she was just tired. She fell asleep on our way back – a total of 5 minutes trip home.
But, I count that as a victory — I went shopping, by myself (meaning no Ron), with both girls and Joseph! And, this was the first time I’d gotten to shop for girl clothes! ๐
