Abby woke up this morning at 7:15 am or so (as did Emily) and they both ate. Then, they fell asleep. This is normal.
Then, Abby woke up again right as I was leaving 7:45 am and was fussy, but didn’t want to eat. Every time she’d start nursing, she’d fall asleep. I’d lay her down, she’d wake up and cry. So, Ron suggested I put her in her swing downstairs.
I did, turned on the Latin music they like to swing to, and headed out with Joseph.
I call Ron at 11:15am to see when she finally woke up and he said she was still asleep!
IM’d him at 1pm and asked when she finally woke up and his reponse was “I’ll let you know when she does!”. Wow!
Apparently she didn’t wake up until 1:30pm! She slept for 5.5 hours straight! She missed her morning bottle during this time. No biggie, but why can’t she sleep like this during the night?!?
